Parents of Infants and Children with Kernicterus, incorporated in 2002, has received recognition from the U.S. Internal Revenue Service as a tax exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Tax Code. Donations to PICK are fully deductible based on Section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code less any goods or services provided in exchange for the contribution.
